We decided to try this place since we?ve yet to have it. In my chicken salad I found a bone ended up chipping my tooth and was... done eating after that. As a southern family we were unimpressed by the quality and flavor. I understand everyone?s gotdifferent taste but my husbands brisket and the gravy had absolutely no taste or flavor to it, the gravy tasted like it was madefrom a packet. Walked in casually on a Saturday afternoon and SO glad we did. Excellent atmosphere, excellent service and food to die for.... HIGHLY recommend. The brisket melts in your mouth, the rotisserie chicken is perfection and the mashed potatoes are beyondwords. Our new favorite spot! Read more

Had the trio. Says feeds 2 (probably feeds 3). Ribs were delicious, smoked well and not soft; a good bite. Brisket was amazing... tender, great flavor. The smoked chicken just falls off the bone. And so juicy. I really enjoyed the BBQ sauce at the table.Not too over powering and went well with everything; I loved it with the brisket. I felt I got a good value also. I spent thesame amount at breakfast today and got way more food for my money at Smokin oak. They have an awesome wood fired chickenrotisserie right when you walk in. (see photo). Read more
Absolutely a must visit! I cannot stress this enough. I mean wow! You can smell the smoky goodness as soon as you get out of the... vehicle. The menu is perfect. There aren't a million different things to confuse you. The food is great. I enjoyed the Smokin'Oak Cheese Steak sandwich. The bread was perfect. Not too doughy, not too crunchy. Just perfect. The french fries were deliciousand perfectly done. And the au jus was absolutely phenomenal. I can't recommend this meal. The Smokin' Open Faced sandwich wassmothered in a robust beef gravy on top of bread with mashed potatoes with smoked beef brisket. Absolutely delicious. Everything tasted good. Chicken was a delicious appetizer. Hopefully that chicken had baby chicks to pass on those wonderful... genes for us to eat. I thought the prices where great. The remodeling is very nice. Definitely 1st base on date night. Andthere?s beers sold also. That will help with 2nd base. Read more
