Reviews for Busted Nut Bar & Grill in Hastings, MN
First visit and it was one that makes us ready to return! Service was great! Really loved the feel of the outdoor dining... although it was full so we ate inside. Food was pretty quick for a weekend lunch rush. The waffle fries with seasoned sour creamwere delicious and something we haven't come across locally yet. Portions were generous. Table was clean. Not a single complaintin our book! Read more
The name is hilarious, which is obviously the main draw. The wordplay throughout the menu was fun. The food was pretty good,... slightly better than typical diner fare. The chips are ruffles-esque, which was disappointing since they weren't that good.Waffle fries are amazing. The burgers were solid if not spectacular. Drink options were ok, although the non-alcoholic list isshort. Servers were friendly, but we never got water refills and we weren't offered or sure if that was an option. Dogs areallowed on the outside patio. Definitely worth at least a visit. Read more
Downtown hastings. Inside and outside seating. Love how hastings blocks off area downtown for restaurants and music, etc.... Great idea. Green beans were great! Great service and atmosphere. We shopped a bit and stopped for drink and app. Recommend! Read more
Cool little pub with nice selection of unique food items and burgers, craft beer and the standards. Really went there because of... the fun name. Would go back again Read more
Stopped in for some dinner on late Friday night. It was not very busy and plenty of spots to sit at. The service was fast and... good. My wife ended up getting the California Burger with Cheese and Tator Tots. She said the burger itself was good, but thebun was a bit stale. I had the Buffalo Blue Chicken Wrap with Waffle Fries and Seasoned Sour Cream. Overall it was pretty good, but not a whole lot of chicken in my wrap compared to other places that I have had a similar wrap before. The waffle fries wereawesome and were seasoned well enough that I probably did not need the seasoned sour cream. Overall, for a Bar & Grill spot itwas a good experience with decent food choices. A bit pricey though for the spot and food, but worth a shot. Read more
First, very easy to get to. There's some parking right out front, but if you can't find parking right out front, there's plenty... of parking around the block and a couple of nearby parking lots. Lots of fun. The people here are great. Super friendly andspunk! They're attentive and will laugh with you. I enjoyed the menu. By that, I mean it's not ten pages long and has too much.Theirs is perfect. We tried the mini donuts as an appetizer (if you look in the picture there aren't many in the basket, Iforgot to take a picture when they first came out, my bad). Delicious and fun! The burgers were awesome and cooked toperfection. I loved the waffle fries and the seasoned sour cream. The lettuce and tomato that came on the burger were delicious. The bun was light and fluffy. Now then, the drinks. The beer was cold, fresh and delicious! The martinis were superb! Especiallythe Christmas cookie martini. Loved the sprinkles on it (check the pictures). The prices for the whole were veryreasonable. This is a must. I hope this helps. Cheers Read more

It's small establishment, unfortunately they were on a limited menu due to repairs on the coolers, but the sandwich I had was... very good and my waitress was very nice. I will have stop again when they got a full menu. Read more
