Worst restaurant in our town hands down, went there after a swap meet and we had a simple small order, the manager tells us to... park and wait which we do, after 20 minutes we go back and ask whats happening and thats when the manager starts gettingsarcastic and kinda mean, she says she's training people (which was a lie) and straight up tells us to go somewhere else, wedidn't even get our food and our drink didn't even have a straw. Stopped by here as I was driving through on my trip. Staff was initially polite. Took my order Two 5 PC strip meals with fries... and biscuits and I requested lots of sauce both honey and honey mustard and offered to pay for extra. She smiled and nodded herhead. When we got the food we had 2 honey mustard for 5 piece strip and 4 packs of honey for 2 people. Mine has no biscuit. Iwalked to the front and let them know I needed more sauce and offered to pay again for it and that I didn't have my biscuit.They handed me a small bag and I went to sit down again. Biscuit 3 packs of honey several packs of butter and no sauce. It'scrazy to be so stingy. I guess we will eat dry chicken with no sauce and think twice about stopping here again. Read more
Very rude employee. Drive thru speaker person kept asking us "anything else?" after every order. After pulling up to the window... and receiving our food, we were promptly asked to "pull forward" twice while we verified we received the entire order (which wedid not). Read more
Worst KFC ever! Manager refused to make it right with me when I got french fries so hard I couldn?t even bite into them! Chicken... tenders had been sitting around for hours. French fries tasted like they had been sitting around for days! Manager got cocky andrude with me. He refused to give me the district manager?s phone number. What a waste of eight dollars! The past year I?ve went here it?s been the absolute worst. The people are always so friendly but the food is either burnt, old... or they don?t even have it. Multiple times there computers where down and other times they don?t have any chicken? I haven?tbeen there once without missing something or it being disgusting. Read more
The girl working there was great but the food took 25 minutes to receive after ordering with very little traffic. Then the food... looked either overcooked or double cooked. The pictures show how bad it was and how little I ate. I enjoyed my coleslaw. A 9dollar meal and could only eat the coleslaw. No sauces for chicken strips. No honey. No satisfaction ???? Read more
Long ago I worked at a fast food franchise. They provide you with the formula, i.e. (ingredients, cook times, etc) to make their... products exactly the same every time at every location. I've given this location 4 chances and every time I get mushyundercooked or overcooked chicken and fries. And now with having to overpay for inferior products it makes it even less worthit.
