Locally owned and operated, great atmosphere. Love the rooftop on nice summer days. Fish, burgers and Pizza are all great.... Awesome apps, and the fisherman stew is a must try if you like fish. Been coming here since it was still Plum Crazy. Miss thelive stage of those days, but remains a favorite. Read more

I?m giving this place 2 stars because the ambiance of the place, both downstairs and up on the rooftop bar, is great. The first... rooftop bar is a fun place to grab a drink with friends. Otherwise I would give a 1 star. We ate here for the first time about amonth ago and were excited to try the food since it?s very close to our home and again the ambiance is very nice. The waitresswas extremely inattentive to us. There was only ONE other table in the whole place, and it was just four people. She took ourorder and when she dropped off our appetizer she took off without asking if we needed anything, and we realized then that we hadno napkins and no silverware. We waited a few minutes and she was nowhere to be seen. I had to get up and ask the bartender forwhat we needed. Also, the appetizer we got was the crab dip, and while that was actually very tasty (best part of the wholemeal), it was wayyy overpriced for the quantity. It was served in something like a half an inch of depth and 2? by 4?, it wasmaybe 3 or 4 oz. total. For $11! We both ordered tacos, one order with steak and the other with shrimp. There was a very minimalamount of steak and it was not warm at all. There were three pieces of shrimp which was fine, but they were also cold, and bothsets of tacos had completely cold, raw tortillas, which really took away from the taste and texture of the whole thing. I hadalso asked the waitress for salsa and she delivered me cocktail sauce instead. The rice was cold and dry and tasteless, andhonestly tasted like one of those cheap microwaveable bags of rice. After dropping off our entrees, again the waitress wasnowhere to be found, and she did not ask us how anything was or if we needed anything else. We had to actively seek herattention for her to drop off the bill. Very sad, again we really wanted to like this place and have it become a regular placefor us to go to dinner at. But it felt like being robbed to pay over $60 for a meal for two people and hav Read more

Stopped in for a late night dinner. Restaurant was not busy, just a handful of locals having beers. Since it was a nice night,... all of the garage door-style windows were rolled open & a nice breeze was coming in. Had the perch basket and it was perfect. The only bad thing was that the metal basket it came in was fairly awkward to eat in, especially since the fish was hot & reallywanted to cut it into smaller pieces with a fork & knife first. Not ideal to do in the small basket space. Would go again. Read more

Food was tasty and the menu was large. Service was a bit slow but only looked like 2 wait staff were working. The atmosphere is... always fun and it's nice to be close to Lake Lansing. Read more

We went here for Sunday family dinner back on June 26th. I really want to like this place because I love the atmosphere and the... open air design. I had the walleye platter and it was OK but only served just above room temp. And the shrimp appetizer wasundercooked. ?? But not giving out straws and then giving us dirty glasses to drink out of is kind of a deal breaker for me. Ifthey're cleaning their cups this way I don't imagine the rest of the dishes are getting much more attention. So I don't seemyself returning anytime soon. See pic of dirty cup they serve and don't provide straws for. ???? Read more
