Taco Bell, I only went there because my wife had to pick up food for her and her family, I don't like or eat their food, but... that is just me. Anyways, we get there after a long ride, and once there the drive-through line was very busy, so my wifedecided to go in and order, and after a long wait, 'and we should have checked the order before leaving' we head over to hermother's house, and once we get there and open up the package its the wrong order. Tell me, how can you mess up and order whenyou only asked for 6 Tacos and a beef burrito? So we received someone else's order request and I am sure whoever order wereceived is probably going to be upset as well. Come on 'Taco Bell' get it together. Usually I?m not the one to post on something unless I think it was outrageous but this has happened multiple times now! I had... the simplest order how do u mess it up ?? I tried placing an order today at 10:53am but the app wasn't working. I called and was told they don't do phone orders. This is the slowest drive thru of any fast food place. Everyone has been sitting at the speaker for five minutes before being... asked to take their order. It's like this day and night shift. Apparently they can only take one drive thru order at atime. *Update* 8/21: asked for no lettuce...got lettuce. Asked for fire sauce...no sauce. Chalupa was cold and hard.??????? *Update* 10/26: Waited 6 minutes in drive thru before being greeted and there was no one in front of me. Whoever was working on 10/06/22 around 12:15AM is extremely unprofessional! These people hid from any outside view (I have video... footage of them going to the back when cars would pull to the intercom) only to come back out when they thought the coast wasclear. If they had an issue in the restaurant then someone should've been letting customers know you weren't talking orders. Look? just because I asked for no tomatoes did not mean I also wanted no meat on my tacos. Wow. I?ve never been more... disappointed. I keep trying to give you guys chance after chance cause sometimes you actually get the order right but leavingthe meat off my soft taco and out of my beefy 5 layer is a bit ridiculous. You have officially lost mine and my family,sbusiness for good. Props to your drive thru girl though. Can?t remember her name but she definitely has customer service goingfor her. I ordered with the app, I was told my food would be ready in 3-5 minutes. I came inside to wait at the counter, there were 2... people served Infront of me. 17 minutes later ( I timed this) my food was set on the counter ( I only ordered 3 burritos). Myname was not called to let me know, mind you... The only way I knew the order was mine is after the employee walked off my namewas on the receipt stuck on the outside of the bag. The drink bar had trash on it and the trash cans were full. I should haveknown something was up when the first guy who got his food told everyone on the lobby "good luck" DO NOT come here on your lunchbreak, you will be late for sure! Read more
I drove through here and after getting my food at the window, the employee handed me my soda. I took a sip and it just tasted... like club soda?there was no taste. I kindly explained this to her and asked her to replace it. She refused to redo it and handedit back to me. She very rudely said that there was nothing wrong with it so it should taste fine. Then she slammed the window inmy face. I would have just ordered a different soda at that point, but I didn?t know what to do after she just turned me away.So I just left with the nasty drink.
