I didn't realize how hard it is to get a drink made correctly until I read all the other reviews. The manager was... confrontational when the employee was trying to fix the problem. I have never seen this type of service in my 60 years ofliving. I know it won't fix anything, but I hope others will take heed and not visit this Sonic location. Read more

Absolutely ridiculous when you ask for just a cup of ice and they tell you no they can't do that so you ask for water with extra... ice and they say they can only do very little ice or just little ice! Seriously how is that gonna keep my drink cold?! Customerservice sucks! Manager was standing outside smoking a cigarette. We waited over 10 mins with 2 cars in the parking lot and stilldidn't receive the 1 Route 44 drink we ordered! Read more
Tried to make order on Oct 25 at 5:30 or so. The lady who took the order couldn't understand the simple order. She needs to be... trained better. Was at same Sonic earlier in the week during the day and that order was taken correctly and repeated back to us.Will try again some other time Read more
