Third time we?ve been to this dunkin where we?ve waited 20 minutes for coffee when there were a total of 2 other customers in... the store. The one employee walks in the back when it starts getting busy& they forget about peoples orders, even though asticker prints. Save yourself the time and go literally anywhere else. Read more
I walked into the Ringwood location earlier today, and my experience was great! I honestly thought this place had new owners... because my last experience a year ago was terrible - they were very nice and the service was fast. Everything was clean andorderly too! I ordered a decent amount of food and drinks for my kids, and the person behind the counter, Milton, got everythingout to me in what felt like seconds! 5 stars for customer service and clean store! I stopped going to this DD a year or two ago. I now drive past it to go to the one a town or two over, despite living just a few... blocks away from this one. My order was wrong SO MANY TIMES. The final straw was when I ordered an espresso shot with my coffeevia online order, I was told they were out of espresso when I arrived but could not easily refund me due to their system, I wasthen told to remind the manager next time I came in and they would honor my purchase. Surprise surprise, next time I came inthey wouldn?t honor the purchase. That?s the last time I went there. My wife called to complain and they offered a free order.I don?t care. Too many mistakes too many times, and stealing my money, even if it was only about a dollar, is unbelievable andunacceptable. Im still mad about it over a year later. Moral of the story - avoid this location and go to the one a town or twoover. This DD doesn?t deserve your business. Hopefully they will go out of business soon and a reputable business can take itsplace. Read more
Can management manage this place please , get bigger straws for your larger drinks, get your staff to work proficiently and... productively. It seems everyone is a cashier and maker and it screwing up the service and orders. You can not put customersorders on the mobile pick up rack and expect them to know its for us. I feel it may have potential if someone can actually runthe place.. come on folks Read more
BEWARE. Don't get donuts here! I usually don't review but I live in town and every time my family goes and gets a dozen donuts... from this location ALL off them were STALE. I've never eaten a donut and has to spit it out until I went here. And this is notjust one occasion. I feel like I'm obligated to warn others.. Read more
This place is absolutely disgusting . I was waiting for my order and noticed stains all over the counters and a straw in the ice... cream tub. On top of that I was given at least like two day old tea when I asked for ice tea with lemon they told me they don?thave lemon anymore. The guys hands that gave it to me were filthy legit was in the midst of cleaning and didn?t wash hishands?.. I?m telling you now don?t go here Legit vomited up the tea on first sip that?s how bad! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I order a simple hot latte and they cannot process it. They gave me COLD latte. And they gave me hot tea... with sugar. And they gave me hot americano. ??? How can making simple hot latte this so hard? They need to hire staffs who canprocess simple order. Make sure to taste your drink when they give you. Read more
