Literally my entire order was incorrect or missing things. We asked for the burgers plain and it came with all the garbage on... it. Missing all the sauces we asked for plus the toy for the kids meal. Food was decent and that?s the only reason I gave it 2stars. Probably won?t go here again though!!! Read more
It's called "Sonic Drive In," yet the drive-in was closed; they only served at the drive thru, and the drive thru was really... slow. The hot dog on a pretzel roll was delicious. The shake was delicious, but so frozen that it could only be eaten with aspoon, like ice cream, so it was tough to enjoy the shake while driving because, again, the drive-in was closed. Read more
Went here twice. First night we order at a stall. They where worry more with the people in drive through then the other peoples... order. We waited 30 minutes for our order. They had the nerves to bring out a melted shake try to say the ice cream machinewasn't working it was hot then why would you bring us out one if the machine is not working. They should had refunded my money.Second day. Stop and got us a Sonic Blast the person that tock the order didn't even understand what we wanted. Got to thewindow example to girl at the window she didn't understand what I wanted. I order two Sonic Blast one Reese's and one Oreocookie dough and a small tater tot how hard is that to understand. They kept giving me one sonic blast with the Reese's cups andthen they charge me extra for the Oreo cookie dough. After the girl finally understood what I wanted she went and got themanager the manager understood what I wanted but the manager had the nerves to keep my money from the extra charge they chargeme from the extra Oreo cookie dough that I didn't order. Went to get two sonic blasts today. After we received our ice cream we decided we wanted more toppings because it seemed like... they were lacking. We asked if we could receive more toppings and were told it would be $2.50 we thought that was a little muchbut decided to pay. When we asked for a receipt we were told by the manager (Marisol) that they actually had to charge us for asmall blast?! We were confused on why are we being charged for small blast when all we asked for was extra toppings. Sheimmediately gave an attitude and said that?s how they do it and if we want it or not? Very unprofessional for someone who?ssupposed to set an example to her employees as a manager but we decided on the refund and left. Horrible experience .... the drive thru speaker doesn?t work well if you try to order you dont understand what the people... said.... in this place I guess all the employees are teenagers... they try but wasn?t enough not customer service and theservice to slow at the drive thru Another visit at this not good location nothing getting better the drive thru same problemthe speaker and now.... the menu has no lights... 6:40 pm and the menu the lights off and am sure it?s no working because just1/2 it?s whit light and another half off...the menu was so dark... no maintenance and no good service bad really bad!!! Have to say I am pretty impressed with the selection and service. I like the little stalls, very own private space to order no... crazy line of honking horns or people yelling in the drive thru. Sonic has great concept of their service. Kind of like theolden times when the roller girls or boys would come and deliver the food on roller skates. I got the Crispy tender dinner withthe signature sauce and honey mustard. Of course ketchup for the tater tots.. ooohh qnd a peanut butter shake with whipped creamand cherry. The take out girl also very nice. Overall experience a 5. I will be back and thats a promise!!! Read more
Went there in Oct 2022, food is always good, but depending how n the time you go, they can be really slow, I was the second one... behind another car and it took about 10 mins to get my food order. Perhaps they have staffing issues. Also their packaging canbe better. They put my hotdog at the bottom and the food got squished (refer to photos) Not a big deal, but it might be to someother people. Besides that food is good so far and price is great for fast food. Read more
