You know, my name is Isaac Viera, im here from outta town and my boys have always raved about Sarpinos, so i came out on... business and i ordered, and the ball was dropped, cause no one is perfect and EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES. BUT I WILL SAY, I CALLEDTHEM BACK, AND THEY REMADE MY ORDERED, DENIED MY OFFER TO CHARGE ME FOR A SAUCE SO I COULD TIP THE DELIVERY DRIVER THEN WHEN MYFOOD SHOWED UP, I OFFERED TO CASH APP THE PERSON THAT WAS DELIVERING MY FOOD, I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, ANNOYINGLY, ONLY TO FINDOUT THAT THE MANGER HER SELF, WAS MY DELIVERY DRIVER AND SHE MADE SURE TO DENY SAID TIP AND THAT I RECEIVED MY ORDER EXACTLYHOW I ORDERED IT! Can?t order two specials at a time?! Really?! Since when? Pizza wings and soda for 32$ can?t go with three medium one topping... pizzas for over 60$ total delivery for Park Ridge local address? I have been working for couple pizza places in thepast,including for over 5 years in this specific location, and know perfectly the food cost in pizzerias, as well as the cost ofloosing business. My favorite pizza place. The workers are amazing and called me to make sure that my order is made how I asked for it to be made.... The delivery driver, Vladimir, is super sweet and always brings our food still fresh and warm (usually ended up delivering outorders). Read more

I like Sarpinos. They are open until 4 a.m. which is great for late night working or studying sessions. The online order... discount code sometimes does not work, but they very nicely let me have the discount when I ordered by phone. The pizza is goodand there are lots of topping options. My favorite item on the menu is the cheesy breadsticks. I get them with the creamy garlicdipping sauce. Yum! However, I must deduct one star because of my most recent delivery experience. The driver was very nice andon time, but 1) he came to my apartment building door instead of staying in his car for "contactless curbside delivery", and 2)he was not wearing a mask. During this pandemic, all delivery people should be wearing masks and limiting contact withcustomers, just as we customers should be doing the same. So I will not order from Sarpinos again until the COVID situation isover. UPDATE: I now add a note to my delivery directions, asking delivery person to wear a mask when coming to my building (Iwear one too). Since then, every delivery driver has worn a mask when showing up at my door. So if you're concerned like I was,I recommend doing this. Rerated to 5 stars. Read more

I love Sarpinos. I order two pizzas and sandwich they were baked to perfection! The staff is great as well delivery driver who... deliver the food less in 30mins!! There is no delivery charge which is rear to see in Chicago. Thank you! ???? Read more

This is what a great pizza looks like from here! I love this place for a local pizza chain. I believe it's way better than any... other pizza chain. It's light pizza sauce and this is just a pineapple and pepperoni pizza with extra cheddar cheese. They havea special buy 1 get 1 right now as well! Plus free delivery!!
