You know, my name is Isaac Viera, im here from outta town and my boys have always raved about Sarpinos, so i came out on... business and i ordered, and the ball was dropped, cause no one is perfect and EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES. Can?t order two specials at a time?! Really?! Since when? Pizza wings and soda for 32$ can?t go with three medium one topping... pizzas for over 60$ total delivery for Park Ridge local address? I have been working for couple pizza places in thepast,including for over 5 years in this specific location, and know perfectly the food cost in pizzerias, as well as the cost ofloosing business. My favorite pizza place. The workers are amazing and called me to make sure that my order is made how I asked for it to be made.... The delivery driver, Vladimir, is super sweet and always brings our food still fresh and warm (usually ended up delivering outorders). Read more

I like Sarpinos. They are open until 4 a.m. which is great for late night working or studying sessions. The online order... discount code sometimes does not work, but they very nicely let me have the discount when I ordered by phone. The pizza is goodand there are lots of topping options. My favorite item on the menu is the cheesy breadsticks. I get them with the creamy garlicdipping sauce. Yum! However, I must deduct one star because of my most recent delivery experience. The driver was very nice andon time, but 1) he came to my apartment building door instead of staying in his car for "contactless curbside delivery", and 2)he was not wearing a mask. During this pandemic, all delivery people should be wearing masks and limiting contact withcustomers, just as we customers should be doing the same. So I will not order from Sarpinos again until the COVID situation isover. UPDATE: I now add a note to my delivery directions, asking delivery person to wear a mask when coming to my building (Iwear one too). Since then, every delivery driver has worn a mask when showing up at my door. So if you're concerned like I was,I recommend doing this. Rerated to 5 stars. Read more
