Our shake was super thin which would have been fine I guess except there was probably an ounce of syrup just sitting at the... bottom of the cup. Way too much syrup and not properly mixed Read more
Yeah never going back to this location. Came here specifically for the flavor of the day which they failed to mention they were... out of while we were ordering. My mint chip shake was not blended properly. The mint syrup was sitting at the bottom of the cupand shake seemed to already be melted and dripping off the side already. If you live in the area just drive to the one on Irvingpark near 6 corners, better quality and service. Read more
Unfriendly service. Charged me extra for no reason. I didn?t see the hot fudge in the sundae, but the person in the drive thru... confirmed it was in there under the whipped cream. Ok. Drive away, park and start eating. NO HOT FUDGE. i drive back and walkinside. Manager makes me a new one. Great. But i expected more. It tasted good. Pecans were on point. This Culver?s is similar to all the others. The staff was friendly, my order was correct and the bathrooms were clean. Located... just north of the HIP (Harlem and Irving Park) Mall. Burgers are good and their concrete mixers are always delicious! Read more
Upon my first visit to Culvers, I was not impressed with the double burger. The meat was somewhat overdone and dry. The bun was... tasty but fell apart before I could finish. And I ordered grilled onions, but they failed to put them on. So after reading allthe hype on their burgers, I was really letdown. Read more
