Service was awful. Ordered an appetizer and entree to share and didn't receive an extra plate or silverware. Water on the floor... caused my cane to slip. I told them about it and no one cleaned it up so I slipped again walking back out. The hostess literallybrought us to the back most table even though the restaurant was nearly empty and she could see I was walking with a cane. Foodwas ok. Music too loud. Won't go back anytime soon. I would give them zero stars. The service is horrible. We can in to celebrate my child birthday and the waiter took forever to... come. My mom ordered appetizers with drinks and then he took 15 minutes to bring our drinks. We sit over almost an hour waitingfor food and appetizers and it never came. We asked the boy waiter where our food was and he said he didn't know. Everyonearound us got their food who came after us. We asked for a manager and was told there isn't one there. We got up and left. They charged my husband $18 for 3 drinks soda and 3 water's and he added himself a tip. I want my money back. We went to Zeaand was seated and got our food fast. The food was okay, but not worth the price we paid. Took over 40 minutes to get our appetizer. The food was decent, had two... burgers and side salad. Ordered to go. Half of our order wasn't there, the other half was wrong. Tried to call them multiple times but they never... answered the phone. We went all the way back up there to tell them what was wrong and to get the food we paid for, they said weneeded to bring the other food back to them. We didn't have it with us SINCE NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE to say we had to bringthe other food back for what reason I still have no idea. This is not the 1st 2nd or even 3rd time we have had a problem withthis location. I can promise you they won't get a chance to steal from me again! Corporate office doesn't even return youremails. This location is currently not busy, employees standing around moving with no sense of urgency at all. My party of 3 was seated... for about 20 minutes and obviously forgotten because we were never acknowledged. I decided to leave, clearly my business wasn'twanted or needed. The waitress was great. The place is falling apart. My salad was not up to par. Lettuce was brown, the cucumbers had a... translucent look. It looked horrible. The utensils were dirty. My daughter wanted to take me to lunch Saturday and ask me where did I wanted to go. I chose TGIF and sorry I did. The hostess... was not polite at all. When we sat and ordered, it was a little over an hour before the food came. We were the only ones seatedon our side and about 20 minutes later people started coming in, they ordered their food and they were eating before us. Thewaitress kept telling us it won't be long and it was a long time. My daughter's food was cold, the restaurant had an awfulodor. I won't be returning unless new management. Read more
