Worst customer service. Doors were closed since 8pm( 1hr previous closing time). I used the drive thru, no one answer. I went to... the window since I placed my order online. They pretend they didn?t see me. I horned and someone came a few minutes later withattitude. They didn?t even know they had a pending order. I'm counting seven employees, and this is the slowest service I've had in a long while. There are flies and gnats in the food... case, gnats all over the back counter, the back counter is covered in spills, and there are streak marks all over the frontcounter where someone "cleaned" at some point. Not a Good Morning at Starbucks at 806 Manhatten Blvd., Harvey, LA Another bad experience at this Starbucks. When they are not... making you the wrong drink or giving you someone else's drink, they are messing up your food order. This morning I ordered atall hot White chocolate Mocha drink and a Sausage, Egg & Cheddar sandwich. The drink was not hot, and the bread, yes, I repeatthe "bread" was hard as a rock on my sandwich. I cannot believe this. The person that handled/heated this sandwich had to knowthat this bread was hard prior to giving it to me. My breakfast was ruined at five something in the morning and I am trulydisappointed in the employee that made my drink, and the employee that gave this sandwich to me. I pay Starbucks premium pricesfor the quality and the service I am expecting to receive. Read more

TACKY THAT THE YOUNG MAN AT THE WINDOW ASKED IF WE WANTED TO TIP.AND HOW MUCH . ?????????????????.. EXCUSE ME BUT TIPPING ISOPTIONAL ESPECIALLY WITH STARBUCKS PRICES.. And if we wanted to do so we would have Said ADD SUCH AND SUCH FOR YOU..
