Went there on today, I ordered the #5 combo when the sandwich was on bun instead of toast. I called the store back and they... excuse was we are out of toast, but my thing is if you was out of toast all yall had to do was explained it. Loved the blue coconut shushie. One of my favorites when the weather is so HOT????. Took longer 2nite maybe they were... understaffed but I'm happy with my purchase. I thought maybe a different location from the other Sonic would be better .. I was wrong. ... wrong. .. Not only was the food... bad, I never received a straw, I had to call 4 times to get my change.... oh yeah that's not the worst. The price on orderboard wasn't the same price I was charged, when I shared that information with the manager, she said she's can't do anythingabout it, the computer have the prices set. Oh my goodness. This visit was disappointing, I was told the service was slowbecause tyne lack of employees on hand being the day before Christmas. In my opinion, I think when a company is short staffthey should let the customer know what to expect before placing an order. That allows a person to make a conscious decision ifthey're going to wait or leave up front. .. To me that shows respect for everyone's time. Read more
I got there about 8:54pm tonight (9/14). I ordered two medium slushes one strawberry and the other strawberry with peach. They... were out of onion rings. 9:10 came, 9:25 came no order. Another customer pulled up and received what look to be burgers anddrinks it only took 5-8 minutes at most. So I looked and was asked can I help you? Yes you can I placed an order for 2 slushes.He had the nerve to say ? oh yea I took your order?. I waited 6 more minutes and received my order. The carhop took awhile withmy receipt and lastly the order was wrong and I was charged the extra. I?m very disappointed . The receipt was reprinted to showthe current time not actual time. No one should have to wait close to 45 minutes to get two slushes and have the order wrong?. Read more
