This company is all around awful. I haven't heard a single order in years go through smoothly and correctly. Their web app is... pointless, slow, and awful, and trying to order by voice never gets you the right order. Mc Donalds is always the same, except when they are constantly understaffed and cannot seem to keep inventory up, no sweet tea,... out of 1/4 pounders... how does that even happen? I just left the drive thru about 15 minutes ago and as I?m eating my burger I looked and saw it was RAW! I?ve been calling and... calling but the phone line is busy this is totally unacceptable !!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give them no stars, I would. I cannot believe I waited in their long line and paid almost $10 for... uncooked meat. What makes matters worst is that I did not notice until I had already eaten half of it. Anyone who insists oneating there, please check that your meat is cooked thoroughly. Says you can dine in... that's a lie! Change your info because I literally only drove out this way and passed 3 others so my... kids could play smh if your not able to change the the info online at least have a sign on 1 of the doors so people like medon't have to walk around the whole place pulling on every door because it looked open since I saw a kid who looked about 13maybe sitting in the lobby eating.
