After waiting 24 minutes in the drive through lane, finally getting to the speaker and waited another 10 minutes. No one ever... acknowledged that I was there. I pull around to the 1st window no one is there but there is an employee at the 2nd windowpassing out drinks and a bag. When I pull up she closes the window. I get her attention to let her know that no one ever took myorder. She said ?I know ma?am we?re taking two orders at a time.? I asked how was I going to place my order? She said ?you haveto get back in line.? Mind you that it is now 9:34pm and now 3 more cars have pulled into the drive through. My frustration wasat 10. Once before several cars and myself waited over 20 minutes to place an order only to find out that they had closed early.A simple we?ll be right with you, would have let me know that yes they are there and still taking orders. Common courtesy goes along way. We live 3 minutes away but I will never spend another minute of my time and definitely not my hard earned money tosupport this location ever again. If I could they would not have received a star, if your not waiting a long time they are outof coke or sprite and the ice cream machine hardly ever works. Read more

Awful customer service and in no rush to take care of their customers. Sat in the drive-thru for 5-7 minutes with nobody in... front of me while they told me to hold a moment. After a couple of minutes another vehicle pulled into the other lane and theytold them to hold a moment as well. After the 5-7 minutes they proceeded to take the other cars order before mine. When I wentinside to speak to the manager about it, she told me it wasn't on purpose and said they could take my order there.
