Alana is our golden girl of this IHOP. ?? best waitress ever, super sweet and was super accommodating to our ridiculous requests... of an illegal amount of whipped cream and trying to get pablano peppers on the chicken quesadilla, which was pretty good. I was impressed with this I hop, I visited on Sunday September 18 around 11am. normally it's like every where else full of... excuses for bad service. But for my first time at this location, the service was awesome the server was on top of things, shehad multiple tables but she was on it. I was very impressed with the entire staff even the greeter. I did not get my serversname but she was Hispanic from the Dominican Republic. Outstanding!! Read more

The hash browns are stale, steak cold, pancakes not even done and on top of that i asked for the New York Cheese cake pancakes.... This is beyond disgusting! I would like a refund.. and i don?t even wanna mention how i originally asked for mozzarella sticks?but the young man said ?the fryer was broken? like how? Read more
I ordered my food through door dash from this location. So my dasher brought the food. For starters part of my order was... forgotten. I called and asked if I could come get it the server said sure. So I went up there and gotten what I had ordered. Notonly that part of my order was almost forgotten again. So made it back to my hotel room with the rest of my order. The CountryFried Steak I ordered was over cooked the gravy had just came out the fridge. The patty melt that I ordered was dry and barelyhad any cheese on it. This location needs to step it up. Incredibly slow service. We waited over 15 minutes for them to get our order and then another 45 for our food, part of our food... didn't even come out so the joke of a manager comped my friend's food. My pancakes were incorrect. The manager never came andapologized about any of the issues. There were multiple servers and a manager out so it clearly was not a staffing issue. If itwas a kitchen issue the manager should have been back there helping. Read more
I would have given a 5 star but 4 stars due to service has been extremely slow the last 3 times I been. However the waitresses... were great. But basing this review upon my last visit. They were out of stuff to make milkshakes and waiting on a truck whichwas our main reason for going. So instead of leaving we opted to stay and grab a bite to eat... They did get a few itemsincorrect but offered to correct them however we choose to keep what they brought. I am happy as long as my kids are happy. This ihop has been my go to since the one by oakwood lost my business because of the constant poor service. I really try to give... places a chance. Today tho being veterans day and busy you can expect delays, but when ppl come in after you and leave beforeyou and you still haven't even gotten your food, that's a problem. I'm not exaggerating! The waitress was talking about thesystem being new...but other ppl are leaving that were seated way after us and we still waiting. Then the manager refused tocome out. I've never seen that before.
