If you like your seafood done the traditional way?? You are in for a wonderful treat! The flavor is off the charts and the food... is plenty enough to fill you up. First time at Fiery Crab and it did not disappoint! Our waitress, Shante, was truly awesome! She was friendly, patient, and... attentive. I was so excited about this place considering the foot traffic in and out of this place. I was visiting home for the holidays... and escaping the cold in Iowa. The counter service was excellent. The person delivering curbside heard my grandson cryingbecause I got out of the car and asked what my name was a ran in to get things ready to get me out quickly ????????????? Thefood looks amazing. The fried rice with shrimp (not to be confused with shrimp fried rice) was bland...ZERO flavor. Soy saucecouldn't save it. Although the seafood was better, each item was fried in a different batter...perfectly fried catfish incornmeal, less appealing yet large shrimp in flour meal and plump delicious oysters in a bread batter, 4-6 pieces each. Food was really good. Service wasnt too bad...we had to ask for a couple of things that i thought as a waitress should... automatically come out. Like crab pickers, refills...stuff like that. They also served entrees like pasta w plastic Silverwarewhich i thought for the prices for the food was inappropriate. Its hard to eat pasta w plastic Silverware and it was the cheapsmall small kind.
