12NOV22 ~ Another Five Star review! Thank you Chili's for your honoring veterans on Veteran's Day! The restaurant was... spotlessly clean; my waitress, 'Tracy' (SP?) was as good as they come, she was genuinely friendly, you could hear it in the toneof her voice & the look in her eyes, helpful, fast on the uptake, and always came by at the right times, not too much, and nottoo little; I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas & they were outstanding in quantity & quality. Four Months Eralier... A good dining experience, thank-you. The foodwas very good. We had the $25 for 2 dinner. We had the fresh guacamole with chips appetizer, we both had the chicken fajitas,and cheesecake for desert. The service was good, the food was good in both quality & quantity, and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank-you. The only negative was we had to have a regular table because my wife is in a wheelchair. That put them in a highspeed wobble, they forgot about us, and we spent a while waiting for a table. Two years earlier... Nothing really bad, orgood, to report, just middle of the road in every aspect. My wife and I go there from time to time. She likes the food therebetter than I do. The food is okay. Everything was great the service was fast and our waiter was named Joe who made us feel like the restaurant was ours.
5 stars for atmosphere. Restaurant is very clean. Not a lot of people dining in. Food is just okay but I find that to be true of... Chili's in every location I've gone to. My waitress was very nice. Sweet tea is excellent. Read more
I'd like to give this Chilli's more stars but they are lacking, from the person that has to seat you. This one lacked... friendliness, and personality. And this takes the cake, I was charged twice for my meal. When I seen the double charge on mycard two days later, had to make a special trip to Chili's to fix the problem. The lady that waited on us did a good job. Thefood just OK. I don't know if the management looks at the reviews, but maybe they should. MANAGEMENT! check out what people aresaying about your establishment. I will give you another try but ... next time? Read more
Pretty damn good during lunch. They don't answer their phone no matter how many times you call sometimes they pick up and put... you on hold but you'll hear the whole conversation and forget about you but that's fine I learned to order online. Read more
Terrible served. Asked for napkins 2 times finally got up n got some from bar myself. Chill was just a lump of trash n burned... meat. Gave it back n brought me a bowl with water added. Just nasty. My visit to Chili's tonight started out to be annoying. The greeter said they were closed and the door was supposed to be... locked...luckily the food runner came out and said they were open now, so I was able to dine in. The food was delicious andredeemed the night. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. My Mexican street corn was cooked to perfection. The waitress wasattentive, as well. Read more
Did curbside but ended up having to go inside because my order was never brought out and I was the only car there for a curbside... so that ridiculous, paying 50 cent extra for ranch just for it to be completely at the bottom and because of my wait on themdelivering the order my food is now cold.. need workers that actually want to work because the team member had an attitude as ifshe was annoyed with HER job , ridiculous do better.
