This place was amazing! Such fast service! Pictured is their Sweet Tea Remix, it tasted like liquid honey, it was excellent! I... ordered the Blacked Seafood Paste, it was amazing! The sauce was excellent, I was dipping my bread in it, I just couldn't getenough! It had so much flavor. The fish, fell apart in your mouth. Truly my experience was absolutely 5 star worth! Went around 4:30pm, wasn't too busy. Ordered watered, sweet tea and lemonade to drink. The tea and lemonade taste like diabetes.... Very very very very very sweet and thick. Highly recommend getting it half full and then adding water. We both ordered no lemonsbut they but lemon in all 4 drinks. I had the corn and crawfish crowder which was very good. My mom had the creamy spinach, ittaste like spinach dip but it was cold. The shrimp platter was very good. Lots of shrimp, fries and garlic bread. The classicfish was fresh also with fries and sliced bread. Really liked the cocktail sauce but not the tartar sauce, it had a lemonytaste, not my thing. The choice of sides with the platters are fries, potato salad or side salad. Service was great. Alot biggerthan the New Orleans location. Highly recommend this place. Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed my evening tonight!!???? The atmosphere was comfortable, clean, pleasant, and professional! Every staff... member that I directly came in contact with, naturally displayed exceptional service. The staff was articulate, personable, andgenuinely nice. I felt like I was at home! Ok when we made it there nice atmosphere they sat us down we saying all the stuff we want to order like 4 orders of charboil... oyster plus other entrée and appetizers then the waiter say we out of oysters I flop so we start looking over the menu we ordershrimp poboy the bread was hard it felt and taste like stale bread rewarm fries separate so my daughter ate the shrimp,lettuces we order seafood platter which was 2 catfish 9 pieces of small shrimp look like 61/70 or 51/60 14 pieces of friesnot worth 26.00 we order blacken drum red fish suppose to been $25or$26 at the end they charge us $30 they gave us one piece ofcatfish not red fish with 2 shrimp but for that price you should get a side potatoes or something and a salad but you only get1 side, the fish tasted funny so wife didn't eat I taste it it had a strange fishy awful like bad taste not worth $30. afterabout 15 or 20 minutes I still looking at the menu all of a sudden the waiter says they got oysters I'm like how your got afood truck 7 o'clock at nite the only thing wasn't a problem was the kj crab claws. the waited did his job try to keep uscomfortable I still tip. they can do better they trying to use fancy plates to throw off the texture and value of the food wewas going to try other entrée but after the first round change mind then wife stomach started to hurt so we went homedisappointed I'm only putting 2 stars cause the waiter try and had patience Read more

Barrows is such a great place to enjoy authentic New Orleans style food... and on the Westbank in Jefferson Parish, at that.... Impressed at the complete and very classy remodel of the old Copeland's location. All of the food is delicious and perfectlyprepared. I also noticed how they have incorporated technology to reduce the lag times for getting orders directly to thekitchen from the table with wireless terminals for each waiter/waitress. They have combined ultimate professionalism with a warmfriendly service culture. Highly recommend. Read more
