I have been frequenting this Papa John's for over 4 years and the past two times we have ordered pizza from here it has been... substandard. There was about 30% of the pizza with nothing on it, and other areas were swimming in sauce. They keep it up, andthey will be able to lower their standard to Domino's level. Read more

This location used to be good but must have changed management or owners. The last few times I have ordered from them it has... been a horrible experience. Tonight, I ordered 32 wings and received some of the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life. Notonly were the wings small, but they didn't bring any of the dipping sauces or cover the wings in any real amount of BBQ sauce.This will be the last time I order from this location or maybe even Papa Johns all together. We stopped ordering delivery. Most of the wait times is over an hour if you can even order delivery. They have been hit hard... with finding drivers. The last couple of times we ordered it seemed they changed their dough recipe, we are not a fan. Nolonger tastes fresh, more cardboard, rather save the money and buy frozen pizza. Read more
Ordered an epic pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Never had to add pepperoni before. (4TH pizza btw). Got a cheese pizza( not even... cut) with pepperoni in the crust only. They will not fix the issue either. These places are getting ridiculous. I understandbeing short staffed, but come on. Least they could do is fix the problem. Please make sure if you order the epic pepperonistuffed crust pizza with the new york style pizza special, to select pepperoni. If ordering the epic pepperoni stuffed crust byitself pepperoni is automatically checked. Read more
This is about a Papa John's product specifically and not this location. I ordered 24 wings with my pizza on my last order. I... received what were supposed to be the Papa John's wings but they must have come from mini-chickens. The wings were less thanhalf the size of wings you can buy at any local wing's place or the deli at certain supermarkets. The price is horrendous forthe size of the wings and quantity. I probably won't order Papa John's wings ever again. The only reason I gave it two starsis because they were at least cooked the way I requested. Read more
Ordered a pizza at 6:58pm. Didn't get it until 8:02. I specified no contact and they just left it on the ground with nothing... underneath it. They didn't even wait until I answered the door. None of the food I ordered was hot and the pizza looked like itwas carried vertically and most of the toppings looked like they were just dumped in the middle of the pizza.. ALSO, I am unableto leave this comment on their website due to it not recognizing my order number. When I called the store to inform them aboutthe food being left on the ground, the lady I spoke with was very impatient and kept trying to talk over me. I use to love PapaJohn's, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. If I do order from them again, it won't be from this location. Read more
Did moble order said be ready in 30-45 mins. I arrived by the app it said ready. When in paid and was told it is on the make... like. Said ok and waited thinking should not be too long. Over 30 mins later checked on it and was told you pizza is going inoven right now. Then was about 10 min and it came out. The cheese bread came out fine. Pizza was asked for light sauce. Whenwife ate a slice it was like the pushed all the sauce to the outer area. Called and was on hold over 15 mins by what my phonesaid then hung up. This is the 3rd time this location messed up will no longer order from this location will go to anotherlocation or order Domino's. Would give 1 star but at least they got the cheese bread right.
