Better off going to any other dunks in the area. Sadly every time I got a coffee or a latte it wasn't made to the standard.... Example: order a latte with whip cream and cinnamon on it. You'll get a latte with no whip cream or cinnamon. Example 2: I'vegone here to buy my folks coffee maybe once a year but that once a years coffee is always, ALWAYS tasting burnt. Read more

I paid for ice latte and the one who made my drink gave me ice coffee. Paying the right price for ice latte and giving the wrong... coffee. Do better service next time. Read more
Updating my review because something has gone terribly wrong with this location. I don't know if it's new staff or what... but... my review is dropping from 4 stars to 1. By the time we FINALLY got what we ordered, at least three people had left becausetheir orders hadn't been taken. There were at least five staff members there.... How does this happen?! Read more
Pretty sure everyone here worrys about there cell phones and their hair and nails (men included) more then actually working a... job. My son went to use the toilet and there was no paper in either one. So I asked for some and they gave me three rolls tostock the bathrooms. Then I ordered a donut from the little moustache man working the counter and this guy rung me up but wouldnot turn around to get my donut right behind him. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come from out back to hand me a donut.Smh Read more
