The cashier and manager were extremely rude to a family member who asked for a burger with out the meat. The cashier and manager... told us that this is how it is made and they were not changing that. I don't find the request to be out of line since almosteveryone makes changes one way shape or form. We were recently trying to place an order for the new Curderburger. My wife is a vegetarian and does not like the taste of the... veggie patty. I asked for a curder burger with no meat. The cashier had to ask for assistance on the order. Themanage(Aleshia) was asked for assistance and rolled her eyes and said the burger comes together as one piece and needs to bedisassembled by the customer. I was willing to pay for the burger full price as long as they took the patty off. Cashier askedfor the manager again. I had to suggest they remove the burger patty. Manager walks to the back and finally agrees. By thattime, a line had formed and we felt our business would be better appreciates elsewhere. Your loss Culver's. Read more

Took 25 mins for a simple chicken tender order, i get the staffing issue, but atleast cook my food all the way if i have to... wait that long. Also no one was given receipts during my visit. Assuming was a really off day. *edit 9/23 how am i going to fillthat out without a receipt? * Read more

I haven't had Culver's in months decide to stop by on my way to work today. I see they have loaded broccoli so I order it, not... only was the staff laughing when I order but they only gave me broccoli by its self. When I called back to talk to the GM hesaid this happens all the time when you come by. Keep in mind I haven't had Culver's sense July beacuse i cant have fast foodthat often. To be a GM and assume customers are always stopping by or confusing us with other customers is so disrespectful. Ihave been a GM when I was younger and this is Terrible customer service especially when he hung up the phone in the middle of metelling him my order number. Read more

Out of all restaurants, a 3 star. Out of all Culver's, a 2 star. This location struggles to deliver consistent courtesy and... product. Food is a bit meh for a Culver's and I stopped buying custard because the amount of goodies that gets mixed in is nearnothing, consistently. Read more

Took 20 minutes to get my order with only one car in front of me. Finally get my food and have to immediately leave due to the... huge delay. When I finally have time to stop the burger was entirely wrong. I if it takes 20 minutes to make a single burger youthink they could at least get it correct. If it was very busy it would be understandable, but there was virtually no one elsethere. How is this ok? Read more

The food was cooked to delicious perfection. The good old fashion greasy double butter burger with bacon burger. The loaded... fries are quite good as well. I also go got the concrete mixer withe cheesecake and marshmallow creme. Yummy. The customerservice could use some friendliness. But the food was very on par and delicious. Highly recommend for the food. Read more

Staff was new and was struggling a bit but okay. Ordered the corn dogs for a change. I was missing fair food. Had no idea they... were so expensive. Over 3 bucks each. Worst corn dogs I ever ate. That is quite a statement. Dog was soft and tasteless. Theoutside was over cooked and the inside, the batter was gooey and raw. Kids menu item. Hope that doesn't happen to a kid. Theymight get sick.
