Looking for something other than burgers and fries to eat, Chinatown's menu offers a variety of dishes to satisfy the craving... for Chinese food in everyone. They serve lunch specials Tuesday thought Saturday 11:00-3:00 and serve dinner combos all daylong. You can also order from a ?healthy choice? section found on their menu if you are health conscious. My favorites are theMongolian Beef (spicy), General Tso?s Chicken (spicy), Won Ton soup, and although it is not on the menu, you can order OrangeBeef? Delicious. Specials come with your choice of white or fried rice and a can of soda. I also enjoy the Fried Dumplings, EggRolls and Crab Rangoon as appetizers. Pricing is reasonable and the servings are huge, hot, and always tasty. The staff isfriendly and courteous and the women taking the orders is always pleasant to deal with. Whether calling in your order or placingit in person, turnaround time is usually under 15 minutes. The restaurant offers pickup or dine-in. I ordered 2 large beef fried rice, 1 shrimp egg roll, and 1 pork egg roll. The food had such a bad after taste to it. The rice... was not seasoned just plain and the rice didn't look like it was flavored in soy sauce at all. The rice was just a little tan.This was a horrible first time experience there. I wasted $27 ordering food there. I threw everything out. My daughter wouldn'teven eat it. She took 1 bite and said it was soggy. I will not eat there again! Read more
We have ordered take out several times, always a treat..... generous portions, fresh ingredients, top notch! A few days ago... though, I ordered the seafood delight and when I arrived home and opened it, disappointment as I saw imitation crab and no signof any lobster. I Love this place. I used to work in Harvard and would get lunch there twice a week. I recently moved to the boarder of Kenosha... and Racine in Wisconsin and now drive 50 miles each way to get my Chinatown food a few times per month. Went here for lunch and the food was very good. Egg roll was fresh from the fryer, and the Kung Pao Chicken was perfect. Fried... rice was also fresh. This is really good Chinese food! Read more
