I just love how friendly KAREN is. She ALWAYS makes my sub THE BEST!
The food is the same here as any other subway which is yummy but that becomes irrelevant when a restaurant doesn't have set... hours and closes at the most random times. One week day I stopped by at 3:30pm... Closed. Another day went by at 7:15 on aFriday... Closed. And there have been plenty other occasions... I've never seen them open after 8pm when the hours sign says9pm. And there is usually a paper on the door that says due to short staffing they are closed which is completely understandablebut this has been like that for at least 6 months or more... So why don't you just select limited hours and post it so yourcustomers actually know when your store is open. Read more
The hours on the website clearly say that they don?t close until 9pm and it was confirmed BY THE BUSINESS four days prior but my... husband showed up there tonight at 8:30 & he was rudely told they were CLOSED. My first few experiences here were terrific, butI will stick to the Lavonia store from now on. This place is starting to go down the drain with their customer service. I highlydon?t recommend.
