Went inside to get a hot n ready pepperoni pizza. I paid they said they have some in the oven that it would be just a few... minutes. As I was waiting for other people came in and bought the same thing and got there pizzas, I stood there for 20 minutesor so until the woman who originally took my order got done washing dishes and noticed that everyone was ignoring me and made mea pizza. Then had to wait on that one to be cooked. If it wasn't for her I probably would still be in there. Read more
The lady at the window was not friendly at all taking my order. I was the first car and ask to pull up without getting a... receipt. Then I waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas and 2 ICB and 2 sauces. The boy that brought the order out didn't bring the sauceand had to go back and get it. He never apologized for the wait or said have a great day. He never said the first word to me. Hejust turned around and walked away. Horrible customer service from start to finish. Very disappointed with the pizzas. The hamand pineapple only had toppings right in the middle and not many of them. This is what I expect from the Elberton store but nothere. This store has gone down hill badly since Michelle and Kristin left being the GM. Read more

Find pizza anywhere else. The last 4 times we gave tried to eat here, the pizza was ordered well before time and it was going to... be 30-45 min by the time we got here. This is an ongoing trend that has not gotten better. Read more
Worst Little Caesars ever. Never Hot & Ready...Cold & Late. Most of the staff doesn't care and are just plain rude. Management... is non-existent. Can't get a simple order correct! Such a shame. Read more
Pizza was great, friendly staff, prices are fair, the only issue I have is the wait time. Wait at least 15 to 20 mins. Even when... there's only a few customers. Don't mind the wait, but not sure if hot and ready should be there slogan anymore. Read more
I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and it was baked just right! Not real busy when I came so it was nice to be able to eat... outside quietly. I can see from other posts it can be a "hit or miss" at this location, but for me this time it was perfect!???? Read more
