My wife and I planned an evening at a local Hartwell Lake park with pizza after a terrible hard week wrapping-up end of the... year work at a busy elementary school before summer. Ordered online. As we turned in to the store parking lot we noticed twoDomino's employees out smoking. As I entered the store they came in through the side at the same time. I watched them put ontheir aprons and then proceed into the cooking area-never washing their hands. One seemed to be the shift manager. She asked ifI was picking up an order and I told her yes and gave her my name. She then said she doesn't see the order. She then just walkedaway into the dough area and started giving instructions to another worker. The other unhand-washed employee stared handing outboxed pizzas to customers. I stood there and then it donged on me, neither her or the other Domino's associate ever washed theirhands. I LEFT! I've worked in kitchens. Busy, busy kitchens. I took smoke breaks. I get it, but if I was the manager I wouldfire these people on the spot. You are not digging ditches or working at a slaughter house, you're making pizzas in an airconditioned building. How hard is it to run your hands under a sink faucet with a little soap? No excuse. My one and only time Iwill ever try and make Domino's a part of my plans ever again. Read more
Pathetic excuse for a pizza place and staff !!! Ordered food for delivery a little before 8pm. Driver called after 9:00pm and... said they couldn?t find our house. Reviewed the directions and advised the driver I would go to the end of our driveway and waitfor her. She replied with ?I ain?t got time for this, I don?t see a house nowhere? and HUNG UP on me !!!!! I called the storeand asked for the manager. The manager stated she would call the driver and find out what?s going on, then would call me back.She never called back. At 10:00pm, I called the store again and she said ?The diver came back to our store?. I said ?Ok, I?llcome pick it up there? and her reply was ?Sorry, we?re closed now ! I tried to call my order in and the phone rang and it was never answered. We arrived at the store and my husband went in and... placed our order. I let the phone ring until we arrived at the store. We live 25 minutes from the store. We placed our order andhad to wait another 25 minutes for our pizza. This has happened on more than one occasion. Read more
