Best staff ever. They reallyvtake care of their customers. I could go elsewhere to buy my gas that's less expensive but the... staff are the reason I go here. If you need a job please don't go here. It's a mess. Supervisor should be ashamed of herself of the disgusting attitude she... gives people. She fired me for telling the staff manager was in jail. She has lied on me about telling Hartsville about ourmanager in jail ???? and I don't even know or associate or even live in Hartsville, really makes no sense. Found me a better jobwho value me and is an uplifting positive environment. Trying to save the next employee trouble. They need new management or anew GENERAL MANAGER. Read more
So...went in to get cigarettes. Decided To also get donuts. Got to the counter and thought I'd go ahead and get a carton. Asked... the girl how much she gave me a price. The total was over 43.00. Had a 100 dollar bill. She said she couldn't make change. Isaid you dont have 60.00. She said no. Okay so I'm thinking a manager cant get it, but I got out a credit card and paid. The managers here are all very rude. You can tell from the moment you enter the store that they do not want to be there. Also... when you call to speak to a manager and you say something they don?t like they hang up on you. They know they work in customerservice yet they do not act like it. I will not be returning to this Store! Read more
If I could leave zero stars I would. Was VERY rude to my fiancé. Told him she couldn?t break the bill he had but refused to go... get the manager because she was in the back talking to a group of guys. Almost every time I go in there myself in the earlymorning 12-2 am they are always standing around or in the back talking to a group and I almost always have to wait to be waitedon because they are busy talking. Has become one of the worst convenience stores to ever be a customer at. Sad part is, it's the only store open 24 hours. If all... twice daily's were like this one, they would go out of business. Unless they too were the only store open and people had nochoice but to go there. Read more
Of them all, this is the best Twice Daily location I?ve been to! I can only speak on the weekday morning shift, but the staff... treats you like a friend. Always willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you want/need. The store manager is great!It takes a great manager to lead a great team! Excellent job, Bonnie and staff! Read more
