2 stars because of how Rude the white lady was a few nights ago. I was online at 940 there was about 7 cars infront of me and 5... of 6 cars behind me. The last walked outside about 1055 and someone a few cRa behind me asked it everyone would be waited on andI HEARD HER SAY YES so I waited in line from 940 until 1010 I was finally the next car in line to order THEN I HEARD THAT SAMELADY COME ON THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER AND SAY THIS EATABLISHMEMT CLOSED AT 10 WERE NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS! The crew member that was suppose to take my order walked off and another team member had to take my order. The manager didn't... want to give me a pac of zaxby's sauce.. she tired to give 2 packs of ranch then when I realized I was missing my Zaxby's sauceI turned around and came back to get one. Another customer was fussing with the same team member that walked off because she wasbeing rude about her using half cash and half on her card. The manager was standing right beside her and didn't correct the teammember nor did she say anything. I think that was very unprofessional as a manager. Check your bag before leaving drive thru. No utensils wrong salad and put zax sauce on a sandwich that was supposed to be mayo... and made us pull up and waited an extra 25 minutes. That was plenty time to get the order right oh and the tea tasted liketoilet water. Read more

Only giving one star because you have to rate it something!!!!!! absolutely disappointed because we have never had an issue with... this location before this and because of this we don?t plan on coming back anytime soon !!! Your employees gave our order to thecar infront of us, when they brought the food back in cause it was wrong instead of throwing that food away (mainly because weare in a pandemic) they gave it to us anyway!! It had empty straw wrappers and everything in the bag. We very politely asked forit to be remade, and as a safety measure to make sure I smeared a little bit of wing sauce in the bag to make sure it wasremade. They asked us to pull up and that they would remake it for us, we pulled up and didn?t even have time to put our car inpark before they brought out the same bag we handed back through the window passing it off like it was remade!! !! This isabsolutely disgusting and so unsanitary!!! And not to mention the employees were really rude when we nicely asked that it beremade!!!
