I want to make this clear. This business is run by young individuals who should not be running these location. We ordered our... food, waited for just over an hr for 3 pizzas, 4 drinks. We had called a few times to see the time for delivery. Staff said itwas almost out the oven. A few moments later we received a notice that our food had been delivered. It was not. We called andthey explained that they manually complete the orders so that way it will not effect their numbers. We finally got our food . Itwas over cooked and burned, we only received 2 of the 4 drinks. Instead of calling and complaining to useless workers. Wedecided to write this review. We will not be ordering from this location again, and we will be sure to persuade friends andfamily to choose a different location for pizza orders due to the decline of customer service at this location. Ordered 36 buffalo wings and a large pizza. Pizza was fine, wings had almost no sauce. This is the second time this has... happened. To much money not to get what you ask for. Just pitiful on their part. Read more
Got the wrong order, I?m still literally on hold now for 19 minutes, with literally no response, and the corporate side gives... almost no point of contact to make any complaint. I?m not looking to dog anybody, but my niece is a picky eater and not going toeat the entirely wrong meal. Awful service, will never eat with Dominos again. Local people, go to Sophia?s or New York by theSlice, don?t waste your time with Dominos. Little Caesars is better than this garbage. Read more
There is no place for zero stars. This Dominoes Pizza franchise is the absolute WORST-CASE excuse for a pizza delivery place... ever. I ordered over an hours ago, from another town, to get a pizza that only takes a total of 10 minutes to bake and box, anda 3 minute drive, over an HOUR to get delivered. This is THE WORST dominoes I've ever seen. They took closed at 10 am and canceled my order and didn't didn't let me know. They... are suppose to be open until 1 I believe. The time before this I ordered there I waited for almost 3 hours. I paid for deliveryand ended up having to go to the store to get my food. And no they weren't busy, they didn't even cook my food because theydidn't know it was ordered. They need to fire these people and get people that appreciate their jobs Read more
1st time (March 2022) - great service and food 2nd time (4/18/22) - awesome food and service - just a little wait as compared... to the web ready time 3rd time (4/22/22) - awful - mismatch between tracker and actual store time. Pizzas were ready 15 minutesafter the "ready time from the web". Very disappointed in how my pizza was made - it was totally incorrect. I was offered aremake but after waiting an extra 15 minutes, I asked for a refund which was agreed to and finally processed. Not sure if wewill return soon. Read more
I was made to wait at the curbside pick up while all 3 people that work there went out the back door to take the trash outside... while blowing the horn after 8:47pm I waited out there while they played around in the store messed with their hair and ignoredme blowing the horn after I was made to sit there after my order had been sitting on the shelf. I sat at the curbside out frontof the store from 8:35pm to 8:55pm makes no sense for them to do this. The one worker that was a delivery driver had pulled upand noticed I was blowing the horn and came to the window and asked was everything okay I told her no and explained to her whathad happened and luckily she had been our old delivery driver so she knew me she had to go in and get the order because theother 3 didn't do anything. Spent almost $80 for pizza to be delivered at 1pm today to the skate rink for my daughter's bday party. I was not there. Thwy... delivered it at 11am an the delivery person told the manager of the skate rink. It isnt my fning problem. My girl friend showedup an called thw where extremely rude. Hung up on her an would give names or refund the money. Said thwy would remake it butthere might be spit in it. So i call an i am 3hrs away. I told him yall messed up not her dont be like this he says he isrefunding the money but will take to business days. I asked for his name an he hung up. Terrible costumer service. Read more
