This location is in dire need of much better management. First off, the drive thru is consistently slow. They have a walk-up... window, but nobody was working it. They have dining room, but surprise surprise it's been closed since covid. News flash, thescamdemic is over! Alas, I guess they used covid as an excuse to lower customer service even further. As for the quality of thefood, it's mediocre at best. Enclosing, I'll provide my harsh constructive criticism... Either get your S together, and providethe standard of quality the consumer deserves, or move aside, and bring in Chick-fil-A! Read more
It would normally be 5 stars across the board for me, but the past couple of times we've gotten milkshakes they were some of the... sorriest milkshakes. Literally these were 3 of the last 9 like this. 1st is peach, with 4 big peach slices on top. The 2nd wassupposed to be oreo reeses, it was literally just vanilla ice cream, and the 3rd was supposed to be strawberry. Those are justsimply unacceptable. Read more
I've been here several times, usually after 5pm . Sooooo sloooowwww. If they ask you to pull around and say they'll bring the... order to your car, don't do it! They won't bring it to you, they'll wait for you to come to the walk up window, When you dofinally go try the window, looking for your lost order, no one will respond or come to the walk up window. If you pull aroundfor them, you can expect to wait 30+ extra minutes, and your order will likely be wrong. If you DONT agree to pull around -your order will certainly be wrong, but you'll save yourself 30 minutes. Drink cups are messy and sticky. 2 stars given becausestaff smiles and calls you hunny, sugar and baby, when they ask you to pull around. Read more

#1 We loved the cajun fries! Everything else tasted pretty good; we'll go back. However, after two visits, each time they... forgot something in our takeout... 1st time was napkins... second time was the sauce we asked for... So, while the food isgreat; check your back and make sure you get the necessities.. napkins, salt (if needed), utensils, sauces, straws... get theidea... Other than that, delicious.. and FAST! Cookout has the most delicious shakes. Always freshly made. The blueberry cheesecake is my fave!! Great burgers as well.
Milkshakes were wonderful after spending all day at a baseball tournament in town. The inside is still closed... c'mon get it... together it's 2022 and the world is moving forward. Read more
I have not been to The Cook Out in over 6 months simply because they have not opened up the inside since Covid started years... ago. I like to go inside and enjoy sitting down. Their food is very good but I won't be back until I can go inside and sitdown! Read more
