Ordered pizza from Papa John's tonight. The pizza was hot and fresh (ingredients tasted fresh as well) and here within 30-40... minutes. We ordered three different types of pizzas and all were delicious. The driver was very courteous too! We will orderfrom Papa John's again. Read more
This store got my order wrong twice in the span of thirty minutes even after the GM brought the food to my house. The order was... supposed to be remade, which didn?t happen. Supposedly, the order was stolen by their delivery service, however, the GM was atmy house within 15minutes (with the wrong order again) my next order is supposed to be free, but at this point I don?t believeanything they have to say. Ordered 2 large pizzas and some breadsticks. They sent the wrong pizza. Tried to call the store to get it sorted out before... waiting on hold for 30+ minutes before giving up. This is unacceptable customer service even if you are short staffed. Read more
It wuz a good experience that manager named. Micah had his hands full the only man in the store. Handle it like a pro. Making... pizza getting orders out on time taking phone orders and dealing with door dash. All at the same time. He did an awesome job under the pressure and Situation he wuz in. Ordered from papa John's in hartselle online received an email stating that my pizza and wings would be delivered in 30 to 45... min. After checking the tracker for my pizza I noticed it had not been updated so I called to see what was going on and meetwith a nasty girl on the other line I think her name was Krystan said it had not been made when I asked her why she said theyonly had 1 driver. I placed the order through the app. I requested delivery by 5:30 pm Sunday evening. It hadn't showed up by 5:35 pm. So called... the store. The phone kept on ringing. I tried a couple more times when someone answered he ask if I would mind being put onhold. I was on hold for 10 minutes with no one coming back on. I hung up tried again got through and told who I was he said hewas the only one in the store and his one and only driver just left. We finally got our order almost an hour late. Don't get mewrong, we aren't upset with the driver or the only person in the store. I am upset with both the store manager and the franchiseowner, there is absolutely no reason for not having enough people working, especially on Sunday evening. Read more
In the past 3 months I have tried to order pizza to our place of employment, and every single time they have not had a delivery... driver. I had a big order and they have lost out on a lot of business. I understand stuff happens and you get in a bind, but forthe past 3 months. I think they need new management or something. Pizza places get most of there businesses because theydeliver. I love there pizza but I won?t be trying to order from this Papa Johns again. Read more
