My hamburger was charred and very dry. I had to use a drink to swallow it. Compared to another Shake Shack (Harlem) that I... tried a few days ago, the food in this location was subpar. Update: Since my review I was promptly contacted by the Shake Shackteam seeking detailed information for making improvements. I got a few reminders as well, all sincere and professional. The burger must have been heaven sent. I ordered a double with bacon and cheese. All of the ingredients were perfect. The... bacon was crispy and tasty, and the cheese was just the right level of gooeyness. Of course, the beef was legendary. Theportion was just the right size if you're hungry. What I particularly liked was that I left the restaurant satisfied, but notbloated. Only downside was that although the burger was awesome as usual, it took a long time for the order to be ready. Thistime, I decided to eat in during a busy lunch time, and had no trouble getting a table. Let's face it. This is the best burgerin town. Read more
This place is great for burgers and shakes. Parents can have some wine or beer while their kids have some burgers, hot dogs and... fries. The line got really long when I visited this past Saturday. Delicious burgers!! The beef patty was crispy and flavorful, while the mushshroom patty was cheesy and crunchy. Furthermore, the... fries were cooked well. The staff at the cashier was kind. There is also water available at the condiments station if you donot get a beverage. There are a lot of seating options inside and outside the store. The food is always the guilty pleasure one hopes for from Shake Shack. However, between dine-in, take out and online orders,... there is no way for the staff to work fast enough to fulfill orders in a timely manner. They are kind and they really hustle butit's a losing game for diners who will wait upwards of 30 minutes to get their order. Inevitably part of the order will be wrongor have sat out to either melt or get cold while the rest of the order is prepared. Our latest visit will be our last, sincebits of old congealed beef fat flew out of a roof top exhaust fan and rained down on us in the outdoor dining area as weprepared to leave. The ownership is clearly enjoying the volume of business without a thought for customers, employees or propermaintenance in non-public areas. Read more

I remembered the last time I went there, the burgers were so delicious. When I last went in, the staff were very friendly there.... If you go there, I highly suggest you get the shroom burger because it is very delicious. You can also get a bacon burger withcherry peppers and it is also really good as well. Read more
The food isn't bad, it's a bit pricey though, so expect to spend some $$$. It's a smashed burger with Martin's potato bread buns... and crinkle cut fries. There's no table service here either. They'll shout your name out when the food is ready. There is anemployee in the dining area sometimes walking around, but they're not wiping tables or anything, just standing around looking atpeople coming and going from the back, so I don't know what their purpose is in that area. Expect that if you pay with a creditcard, you're expected to tip (because they'll flip a screen for you with different percentages up to 30%). If you pay cash, noone flips the screen for tips, you're just thanked and move along. The atmosphere is pleasant with people just eating andtalking.
