It was our first time here and everything was great! Our server forgot to put in an order for mac and cheese (it happens, we... were NOT upset about this), and they took it off the bill for us after delivering it. The owner came out when we were finishingup and said he was taking care of our entire check for us for the inconvenience. We weren't expecting that at all and it wastruly unnecessary! We insisted on paying for our dessert so we could still tip our server, who was fantastic. We will definitelybe going back again! Read more

We have always loved coming to Beer Snobs. It?s been our go to spot for a fish fry and beers. We haven?t been here in a few... months due to having a new baby and were excited to go back and see how the new ownership was. Our server Kevin was great - wehave had him a few times before and always had great service from him! Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food.Our kids chicken tenders were raw in the middle?and we didn?t notice until after they had eaten most of them and I cut one opento eat myself. My perch fish fry was super soggy and I couldn?t even eat it. It used to be multiple small crispy pieces thatwere delicious - now it?s one big soggy piece. Our server handled it all great and they took it off the bill. However,disappointed that the new owner didn?t come over and say anything. I?m used to some type of manager coming over to saysomething. The previous owner would always come say hi to every table and would come apologize if there was any issue. He alwaysasked how our food and service was and it was fantastic 99% of the time. Craft beer was neither cold or tasty. Frankly... It was flat. THE special pizza was just o.k. at best. Maybe they need to clean... the beer lines? Wouldn't hurry back but willing to try it again sometime. Read more
