They were completely rude. I told them I didn?t like their French toast and the manager brought it back and asked why? I told... him why then he going to ask me ?well what if I don?t like the next order? at this point my friend who really ordered it didn?teven want it anymore and left. So now they trying to get me to pay for the apple juice my friend didn?t even drink and the clerkhad the nerve to try to argue me down about not only how I?m not paying for this apple juice but also what type of juice it is,where my friend was before we got our food, and going to tell me not to come back! Service was great! Kim was our server, and couldn't have been more pleasant. Spot on with food order, follow up on needed... drinks, and dirty plates removed quickly. Actually, as we watched the other servers, they were giving their tables the samegreat service. Someone did a great job training the staff. Oh, the food was good as well. Except for the surly old guy running the cash register, this was a perfect experience. Since he was older, etc, I assume he has... an ownership interest and will give him a pass and more than a little credit for keeping the doors open with all the difficultygetting help. I was a manager of a Big Boy for many years and can tell you the quality in this one is high. Food wasexcellent. Place was clean. Service was very good. It sure was fun having "the hamburger classic big boy" again. I think Iwill go back again for some good food and a trip down memory lane. See a movie across the road and stop at Big Boy after. Our server today was Julie and the cook who made burgers was Mike. My husband loved the burger so much, we didn't even get a... photo. He always orders medium rare and he felt like this burger was cooked perfectly. So much so, he had to have a photo withthe chef. Good job bro! Service was great too. Julie was kind and attentive. Not bad. Had better there and other Big Boys. Staff seemed to be bickering with one another, though friendly, messed up a few... things and didn't refill drinks or check on us. Wasn't bad but certainly could have been much better all around. Faster, Inorder, refills, correct, see what else we want and not be snarky out loud. Food was OK but not ???? Read more
