I made an online order and I ordered an Italian night club, spicy east coast and a ham and cheese slim. Well they weren't... kidding on the slim part especially when they send the sandwich with just bread and lettuce ???? no meat and cheese. I called tohave them send another one but they took so long that I just took meat off my sandwich to put on my kids very slim sandwich. I'mstill waiting on that sandwich and it's been over an hour. Thanks for the $8 loaf of bread guys. I'll just make sandwiches athome. Read more
I ordered a combo at work, I gave directions to the building I was in.. was paged down to the main office to get my food and I... only got a sandwich and soda for $16.39!!! It's like they didn't even try to do their job smh never ever again!! First and lasttime! ???? Read more
We ordered a mobile order because we were in a rush and it took 45 minutes after we placed it
Went in and it smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals yet the establishment didn?t seem very clean, there was a gatorade bottle... just sitting on the side where you order and the ice machine has some type of build up all around. Needless to say I kinda lostmy appetite.. although service was friendly. Read more

Food is good but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a working system for customer service and getting orders to customers in... a timely matter. Multiple people drive-thru, pick-up orders and in store orders waited for over 30 minutes myself included forsandwiches. Staff seemed either overwhelmed or indifferent with the situation. Can't say I'll be back anytime soon. Read more
Ordered one sandwich with chips in the drive thru. Waited behind 3 cars for over 15 minutes, then when I finally got to the... window it took another 5 minutes just for them to address me. When the manager finally decided she wanted to talk to me, they'dforgotten my order. 25 minutes later I left without my meal, and very unhappy. Read more
