We stopped in for the first time tonight, we got the Cajun Chicken and sausage bowl with creamy Cajun sauce, the trio sampler... (one each of pulled pork, brisket and adobo chicken), and sides consisting of spicy brisket beans, apple pie beans, andjalapeño bacon Mac. Each dish was absolutely out of this world! The meats are all cooked to perfection and seasoned so well.The rich smoky aroma from the smoker was delectably delicious and well balanced. All of the sides were also drool worthy. TheMac was super rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of jalapeño heat and bacon bits. The apple pie beans were not toosweet- the flavor of the apple and addition of pie spices really takes these beans to the next level. The spicy brisket beansare the thick stick-to-your-ribs beans with hearty chunks of brisket. The heat isn?t overwhelming but they will make a browsweat if your not expecting the kick. Finally, Dawn was our server tonight. She was so kind to us ?first timers? and was happyto check for egg ingredients in a couple items (due to allergy) for me. She recommended the Cajun cream sauce with the bowl- itwas polished off with glee. Couldn?t put the fork down! It is a small little place so I?d recommend carry out if you have alarger party (more than 4-6 people) or dine in when it?s warm enough to sit outside. I cannot wait to go back and try theirribs! Amazing food and even better hospitality! Came here after visiting Holy Hill with my wife, her sister from Japan, and nephew... from Australia. We had the pulled pork, chicken, and sliced brisket along with mac n cheese and wonderful corn bread muffinswith a bit of heat?all served family style. Everyone enjoyed the food and atmosphere along with good conversation with BBQAndy. Thanks for the great time Andy! And that lemon bar with oversized chocolate chip cookie made our trip home. Dad and I ate here for lunch. We both had the "Fat Daddy" (brisket and pulled pork. With a side of sweet beans and Bleu cheese... coleslaw. The entire meal was very good. Has to be one of the best BBQ's in Wisconsin. Highly recommend!!! Read more
