Popeyes you really got to do something about your chicken let me explain why. Me and someone went there we got the $6 deal thing... got the chicken of course was looked at Golden crispy on the outside looked amazing I bit into the chicken and start chewingstart chewing chewing and I kept chewing to my surprise the skin was chewy right. the outside looked done but the skin is chewythe inside was done but I don't know what what you guys are doing over there but get it right please I will not be going backthere but anyway the $6 deal is what attracted me over there so I took advantage of it and I was not satisfied get it rightplease. Went through today and ordered a $6 box. Opened it was ice cold the chicken at least the biscuit was okay. When I asked for the... manager and expressed this to her she was really rude saying the chicken ain?t cold I just ate some. I said ma?am I?m not aboutto lie. I pull up to the window and she is literally eating food going back and forth with my mom in the passenger side. I?mkeeping my composure but was really surprised at this behavior from a manger. The chicken taste like it had been sitting atleast one hour at min. This happened around noon time. Last week I made an order for 2 chicken sandwich combo. It was served without the drinks. Today I ordered 2 chicken combo the... order was done for only the sandwiches. The staff spend so much time chatting, they don?t listen to the customers. They displaypoor customer service. This is an ongoing situation at this particular location. This place is hands down the BEST Popeyes I have ever been to. The people are nice, the food is always fresh, I never get LESS... than I order (sometimes I get more in the tenders and chicken boxes, but heck, that's not a negative, right?). There are acouple of other Popeyes in the area and I have tried them, but they cannot compare to this one. Yeah, I think I know what youmight be thinking, but the risk/reward ratio is worth it. If you don't have cash don't waste your time this establishment has lost its credibility to accept debts cards. Staff was rude... when I questioned how long has it been because the last time I purchased from them i didn't have this problem. I gave them one star because they didn't give me an option to give them zero. I went there on 2 occasions and both times someone... stole my credit card number. Today they charged up $150. They were trying for $300 but thank God my bank notified me. So pleasebe careful. Don't use your card there. I have a call into corporate. Read more
The people that work here are very incompetent and will give your order to anyone. I placed my order on Doordash and they just... gave it to a random person without even checking. You can also guarantee they will get the order wrong and have the nerve togive you an attitude, ridiculous. Read more
