The HEAVY, black woman with cornrows named, Bri or Dante, as she claims, is supposably the manager and needs to be fired. Who... ever made this GHETTO, PATHETIC, SLOB, a manager, needs to be fired as well. She doesn?t know the meaning of good customerservice, let alone, managing a fast food restaurant. While they were taking my order I specifically asked for medium meal and they ended up putting a large meal, also food is under... cooked it was pink. Also while I was sitting eating my meal people that are asking for money outside the building are cominginside the restaurant and asking for money while you eat and get this im writing this review while the owner of the restaurantis sitting besides me. 5 thumbs down. McDonald's is a family fave for sure but over the years, like so many other fast food chains, they have lost sight of what true... customer service is. It is unfortunate to see these establishments take the brand on their building for granted. I went throughthe drive through to grab something for my daughter and I and the greeting I got from the young man was "what can I getyou?"...like seriously?!!!! So I said "good afternoon, how are you?" And he seemed confused by that statement. He said "what?"So I repeated myself twice before he seemed to understand what I said. My first job was at a McDonald's over 20 years ago andback then we set the bar for customer service. Back then employees cared about their customer and went the distance to make surethe customer's order was accurate, food was hot and presentable, and we thanked a customer for choosing McDonald's. And that'sthe thing isn't it? These businesses take for granted that customer's have a choice. We all have a choice, so when we CHOOSE topatronize YOUR establishment PLEASE take the few seconds to welcome us the right way and let us have a good impression of youremployees and your establishment! When customer's witness good customer service that is a reflection of the training andmanagement. On the flip side of that, when the service is poor it is also a reflection on management and training so what sideof that coin do you as a business want to fall on? Food for thought... Read more
