Got this on Uber Eats and literally RAN to review. Holy actually amazing. Solid chips and guac. The enchiladas were unreal. Rice... and beans were phenomenal. Tacos were even better. And don’t get me started on the giant fruit juices. Must eat! Read more

After just one visit here, I can see why El Sarape is so well-loved in the Hartford community. Enrique and his staff brought out... some truly authentic Mexican food and drinks that really impressed us. The birria tacos were definitely some of the best I'vehad, and they introduced us to a cantarito for the first time! I appreciated the time they took in the presentation of theirdishes as well. My boyfriend loves spicy food, so the camarones a la diabla was a huge hit for him. I love mole sauce and reallyenjoyed the enchiladas, and we couldn't get over how big the burrito was! Everyone was very pleasant to us during our dine-inexperience, and we could see that there were a lot of Doordash orders coming in while we were there. El Sarape is clearly verywell-known in the Frog Hollow community, and for good reason! Read more

Authentic Mexican food in a setting that feels just like Mexico. The food was good and the horchata was tasty as well. They also... have Mexican sweet breads, deserts (3 leches & flan) and candies. Overall a good experience. Read more
Excellent place, l went with my husband and we loved it, he ordered shrimp and chicken fajitas and l ordered something called... oaxaqueño. It was delicious with 3 different kind of meats and the flavor so good. Btw is aguas de sabor “b” Well came hereagain after a year and still the same the place, super good and I Can said it’s my favorite Mexican place. Read more
