This is the 2nd time I've ordered takeout from this place on Ubereats and each time they mark my order as ready for pickup and... when I arrived they didn't even start making my order. Don't bother ever ordering ahead from here unless you want your timewasted they just lie and mark it ready and refuse to make it until you get there. Read more
very terrible service and awful location. every thing I tried to order they apparently don't sell. no soft serve ice cream, then... couldn't order a milkshake either. after back and forth 5hey don't take coupons. on top of every item I tried to order the frontworker had to go to the back and ask the manager how to do it. but after all that I was happy of my order of the Oreo sundaesince I knew it wouldn't be able to be cooked wrong cause they just take it out of the freezer since I wouldn't trust them tocook the meat to be able to be edible. was very good, and was happy with my order 3v3n 5hough they forgot to give it to me for afew minutes, worst part was when he finally remembered to serve me the Oreo sundae he handed me it in less than 30secindwbecause it was right under the counter and literally just stood there spacing out for few minutes till he realized I didn'torder burgers and he could of literally just immediately handed me my order but just was in a totally different world. Not sure if she's the manager but she's always there when I order. She's a young black woman and JESUS, she has the patience of... a god. She was so patient when this man confronted her saying he did'nt get the proper change. He kept whispering and makingnasty remarks at her to the whole line and people waiting.
