They can?t never get your order right. How hard is it to get your burger and fries correct?
Food good but prices went up some of the employees are nice and helpful others are rude
The management in this place is unprofessional. The food be cold,the crew members are rude,the assistance manager Big Daddy is... definitely unprofessional and they love to fire people for helping others out. The place is never clean and it's always trash onthe floor. It's a few people that works in this that needs to be replaced. Read more
Very dissatisfied with visit here...used to each lunch here on occasion when worked nearby a few years ago...now this location... is disgusting. Lettuce on Whoppers was browned...could not find a clean table in the whole restaurant...food on floorsalso...sodas from both behind the counter and self serve had only seltzer taste with almost no syrup. Bathroom was disgustingand filthy as was the whole restaurant... Try another location... most Burger King's are not like this one... Only positivewere the friendly staff who have probably never been taught to manage a restaurant and keep things clean. Read more
I worked here for a week back in January 2022. The place is literally festering with rats. They never mop or sweep or even dust... the place down. The fryer oil is the same stale old oil from I don?t know when. It?s disgusting and I really hope the healthdepartment gets involved soon before someone gets poisoned. Read more
Always have great service here. Chicken and whoppers are cooked to beautifully. Very flavorful. Their fries are sometimes... superb, but there was a few times when the fries weren't at full potential. They'll get cold too fast. Easy fix when you returnhome but if your at work, not so much. Fry it again = beautiful flavor Microwave = soggy mess Staff is very elite at theirjob. Very punctual. However during lunch/dinner hour, it can become HECTIC. Go with "time" on your mind. Read more
Ordered cini minis. Opened the box and only got 3. Were not cooked at all, as you can see in the picture, and no frosting. Went... to the register and spoke with the manager. Told me that is how they come... I let her know they are not cooked and shedisagreed. Waste of money. Unprofessional Read more
If I have to give a Star the deserve none. Yesterday around 6:50 pm I went to that Branch. I hope the owner or someone hire... that the manager who was yesterday on 10-08-22. I order twice my meal. They didn't wrong. The manager spoke with the F word tome treated to hit me. I just kept saying can you please give me my money back multiple times. And Awful place to go too.That's not what Burger King Branch and policy are. I will never never go there and I hope the owner see they loosing client andmoney due to this kind of staff. Read more
