Came here after a beautiful summer day on my motorcycle. Staff was, sure happy, but overall, horrible at providing customer... service. Did not thank me for coming in nor asked how was my meal was. Their "self service" was worthless. Ordered the burger.Bland, tasteless beef. My friends that brought me here are completely disappointed. First time here. I had a Reuben sandwich was ok. Not one of the best sandwiches I've had Arby's Reuben sandwich and that was so... much better. My husband had a burger and just was not seasoned very well. We also ordered a rootbeer and they don't offer freerefills charging $2 a glass. Oh and no server to greet you or take order. And if you do want another drink you have to get upand go to the bar. Worst customer service ever. Chips over salted also. Probably won't stop here again. Read more

The brisket nachos were excellent as usual. Disappointed that we walk in aren't greeted you order from your table and you tip... 20% for service and the only time you see a waitress is for them to bring your food out. Nobody asked if we were doing okay andall the waitresses were just talking at the bar. And then we left without anyone saying anything like a simple goodbye or thanksfor coming. My friend and I were in the area to go to the Silver Lake Dunes. We really did know a lot about the area and what restaurants... are good. Let me tell you the staff where so like and the food was on point. And that's coming from a black guy from Detroit.???????????????? Awesome Service! Read more
Two stars for a very good reason. Local here, when they first opened the beer and food were great. Prices were always OK, but... whenever family would come to visit we would always splurge at this restaurant. As years go on the first to go for us was thebeer. It quickly went from being really good beer to IPA focused beer which in my opinion is not my favorite at all. After covidwe stopped in with our family and noticed 30% or so of the menu was gone. My favorite cowboy Burger was gone, the pita chips andqueso disappeared, the steak dinner was stripped off the menu. When confronted about the change in the food to themanager/owner.. He had stated in a snarky manner to us that "we are a brewery first." Well although you may think you are a"brewery first," I can assure you I never invited my friends or family out to your restaurant for your beer alone. In fact Iwould much rather go north or south for any other brewer if that was the case. What made the experience for us was the food, butit seems as now that's no longer an option for us. We wish you the best with your business but for now, I can no longerrecommend this place to go eat or drink. Until something changes with the attitude and maybe even putting customer servicefirst, we will not be coming back. Read more
