A few days ago my husband went in the Wendy's in Harrodsburg, KY and ordered 2 taco salads and 2 large chili's when he arrived... home we unpacked the food they had not put the taco chips or the chili's for the taco salad the bags. I called talked to themanager and she said we could come back and get them I asked if she could take my name and let me pick them up later she saidyes. My husband went back tonight to pick them up the cashier said she needed to get the manager which got my message fromthe office and filled the order. Then the manager proceeded to tell my husband that from now on HE needed to start checking hisorders before he leaves. Excuse me it was your employees who left out the items that made the salads a taco salad instead of aregular plain old salad, but it's my husband that needs to check and make sure that YOUR employees do their job correctly? The food has gotten better the service is getting better so I'll give it a 5 stars for now
Tea is always too sweet and easily confused for the stuff that goes in a hummingbird feeder. Even worse is it's always soured.... I'd speculate the frequency of how often the container is cleaned. I'm concerned for my own sanity in regards to why I still buyit. 2 stars instead of 1 for consistency. Read more
