Doesn?t even deserve a star. After driving for an hour and a half I decided it would be a good idea to to go threw the drive... threw. That was a mistake I waited 35 minutes in the drive threw for a coffee. Asked if it was free for waiting so long. BUT IStill ended having to pay for it!! Never going there again! Read more
Bad customer service, they dont even deserve a star but since I have to click the star for the review and 1 is for the... washroom...II bought 1m coffee and 1m french vanilla plus a dozen donuts so Ican use the washroom, few minutes ago but the saleassociate dropped the box and what's funny was that he only changed the box not donuts...OMG I don't understand ,was itbecause of my color or he didn't know I saw him picking up the donuts either way he should know better . When we arrived there was a line to the door so we were slightly concerned. The line moved quickly however. My order is an... altered item from the menu which many times results in the wrong order. I was pleasantly surprised when everything we orderedcame out 100% correct, quickly and fresh. This location has renewed our faith in the brand. The staff were cheerful and hadgreat customer service. I am absolutely horrified at how bad the service was. I waited 15 minutes to order and an additional 20 minutes for my food. And... when we brought it up they said ?Well you should have asked? as if it?s my responsibility. I can understand if they are doingtheir best but if that is their best, hire better people. Read more
Awful experience, staff were terrible and rude. They made a mistake in my order and refused to fix it, saying it was my fault... and that I had to pay to get a new one. Then they dumped my drink and still wouldn't make a new one. Finally the manager cameout to give me a refund. Any other place would have happily fixed the drink but apparently this place is pinching pennies anddoesn't care about customer service. Will never be going back. Read more
One of the worst restaurants I've been to, I understand staff shortages and incompetence but that obviously runs up the ladder... and someone above is responsible for that as well. My wife went in placed and order, went in used the washroom, back out to theparking lot and waited. Had enough time to turn the car around and finally went back in to see what was the hold up after 15min, for a couple ice caps and a decaf coffee....really. On a busy road I'm sure they can do better, not worth stopping hereunless you plan on lowering your standards and time to waste. Typical Tim Hortons face but this one is normally really busy with all the people going up north to Cottages or camping Etc.... There is tons of parking and there is a drive-thru. Inside it has been made covid safe with dividers and distancing markers.Staff are friendly and everyone was wearing a mask! Read more
Out of absolute desperation I grabbed a breakfast sandwich here while in Owen Sound. My husband gone a donut and a tea. TH has... sure gone downhill over the years. The donuts are tiny and taste like cardboard, coffee (I don't drink) smells like a litterbox.Breakfast sandwich was passable but the egg was rubbery. Read more
