Every time I have tried to come in and get dinner they have blatantly said they?re out of everything I want to order or aren?t... making it tonight. This is insane. People are being paid to be here and to do their job and they?re not doing it. this happensevery time that I come by and I am over it. New management needs to happen or something because I just went in 20 minutes agothey told me they weren?t cooking anything tonight and that if I wanted my food warm it would have to be a 30 to 40 minute wait,that?s not fast food and that?s not good service at all. Usually have to guess if their open... also, just a friendly tip to the employees, when you have an order with 3 massive burgers... & 3 large fries... DO NOT put the fries under every thing... over all, the employees were nice, aside fome rushing around. Read more

Went through the drive thru and the order was accurate and tasted decent like any Wendy's but my wife and I had to use the... bathroom and they were both filthy and the Dining room wasn't much better. I can only hope their kitchen is better cleaned andmaintained... Not looking for new and upscale since it's an old Wendy's but cleaning is a must. Wouldn't be surprised if itwouldn't pass health codes... Read more

Says Dine in is open online. Drive the family to Wendy's and the doors are locked. Culver's one block away is open and has no... less than 14 employees. I strongly recommend the drive to Culver's. This Wendy's just needs to close. Read more

Went and spent $30 on 5 meals in drive through. Saw I was missing a burger (should have checked the rest but I had trust... everything else was there my mistake) and went in and got the burger. Took my husband his food and went to loom in the bag formy nuggets and all the meals that had nuggets there were 3 none was in the bag. Went back and the store manager not only refusedto replace them but then accused me of lying (he's a kid not professional). I had the bag in my car so as he was walking awayand didn't even let me explain I said I can go get the bag loudly (which I probably shouldn't have but he wouldn't listen anddidn't want to help.) He said I needed to leave the store I said no I want my nuggets he said fine in calling the cops and Isaid I'll call corporate which I did and was on the phone with them and the cops showed up. All this for 3 4 piece nuggets.Corporate was called and they helped but I don't recommend the store managers for help they won't. Read more

Wife got a 4 for 4, and 2 biggie bags along with my spicy chicken combo. Was completely missing spicy chicken combo, went back,... got it, then she realized they didnt give us any nuggets, so she went back again, and was promptly told that they will not fixthe order, then proceeded to call the police to have her escorted off the property. Outright stole our money, and called thepolice. We used to go there all the time, but now, no way. Ill travel to belton before i go back to this location. Look at thereviews. I dont know how they even stay in business anymore. They dont even respond to negative reviews, they do not care aboutyou or your business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. So this will be my last post regarding the Harrisonville location. The constant long waits, card reader issues, and order... problems are to much. When you pay $12 for a triple, then wait over 15 minutes for one single car to get their order; you'dexpect yours to be correct. Nope. I've driven back to work just to find out that I have a completely different sandwich. Do nottrust thos location to be correct with your order. Make them fix it immediately!Or, just don't eat here. I will NOT be eatinghere at all. Love the burgers, hate the wait. It seems like the drive through lines are getting worse. Read more
