Very very bad experience. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with a hash brown and didn?t get my food. I ordered a... second time and didn?t get any egg on my sandwich. The girl with purple hair was very snappy and disrespectful. I didn?t hear asingle nice word come out of her mouth. There were workers dealing with food without gloves. Stopped here on a Friday night for something to eat. Line was long. This may be the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The order was correct but the fries were completely limp, almost no... salt. They tasted like they had been cooked in old oil and left sitting out. The middle of the large fries had become one giantlump of potato. Read more
This McDonald?s is a joke. We have been here many times and the manager is very rude including her employees. I?ve watched her... be rude to our elders and beyond disrespectful. She allows her team members to be rude to customers. The manager has admitted toour face she will argue with a customer when we confronted her about our order. I?ve helped customers myself because all theyget is disrespect when their customers for just asking a simple question. The manager and the employees need revamped, nevershould be rude and never should argue with customers. It would not take much to be employee of the month at a place like this.You?d just need to have a heart and care to get it. Which non of them do and it?s very sad. Read more
Rudest staff I?ve ever seen. We came in with a medium group and I understand the stress of serving more than 5 people, but the... attitude and rudeness we received from every member of staff was unacceptable. The fries were cold and stale, the drinks (everyfountain drink) tasted like cleaning product, I couldn?t even swallow it. And they said their soda machines were JUST replacedand told us to ?try again?? every drink except for the tea was terrible and we were then asked to fill out a review for them.This is likely just a management issue and the workers were probably having to handle way too much with little to no supportfrom upper management so I don?t blame them, but I do hope the highest manager sees this and instead of reprimanding theemployees, reprimands themself and encourages their employees to do better. I just have to share my experience here last week, the 1st of December. I ordered food for my kids and the young guy taking my... order was super polite. The pay window was closed and he was running the register. Then, I noticed he may be in the back makingorders, taking orders and running orders out to people parked for online orders and he was hustling. He may have had help, buthe was running the show during busy customer flow and stayed kind, apologized for the slight wait we had. I do not know his namebut he had dark hair, was in his early 20s or so. Whoever this young guy is, he deserves a raise and promotion. He's anextremely friendly employee and a hard worker that handled a busy time with grace. Read more
