A couple days ago I was inside making a couple purchases along with other Customers. While doing so the apparent manager... appeared to be scolding the girl at the register for being on her phone . I was able to follow the conversation and it appearedthe Girl was completing her food handlers license however the manager appeared to continue to scold her for doing that on theclock and was going to email corporate about the incident . If my understanding was correct first it seemed less appropriate forthe scolding to take place in front of customers and pretty unscrupulous to not allow her to complete a requirement foremployment and not be paid for it. The new staff are rude and disrespectful to customers when the staff make mistakes on orders. The new management is terrible and... I will go out of my way to no longer visit this establishment when the old staff was moved closer to the highway. Theyunderstood customers service Read more

ONCE AGAIN, they only delivered part of my order. I paid a $2.99 delivery plus a $7.00 tip and still had to do get my food. Then... the lady at the counter offered me a 20 oz soda for my trouble. This is NOT the first time they've done this, but is DEFINITELYthe last. Read more

If you are psychic and can guess what will be in stock, you'll love this location! Not joking. No one that works here checks to... see if things are out or running low. Plus, whoever orders for the store does not know what they are doing. Seriously there areso many things out constantly that it's a running joke in my household. 1 star for this location is kind. I've brought thisconcern and many others to corporate but nothing actually changes. I was told things wouldn't be out if it wasn't bought so much(BY THE MANAGER) There are already 3 Caseys in Harrisonville, plus at least 6 other gas stations, so this one is NOTneeded! Wouldn't accept an order for delivery on a pizza at 8:30 p.m. when corporate standards say 9:00 p.m.!!!? So apparently the... employees make their own rules..? I even mentioned a good tip over the phone to them! Seriously? I have personally worked in thepizza making and delivery business for many years. If you're reading this your actions and decision making are the reason youdon't make a living wage. Step up your game! Read more

Love the pizza at this one as well as the customer services. Management is very great at the store . my only complaint is that... there computers as far as ordering off the App is always down so unless you're cell phone number is linked up already you can'tactually get rewards. Unless you call a the main number. And you have to have receipt as well as the store number ans just allkinds of info. Personally. I think the should set the App. We're it actually get your points regardless by email, cell phonenumber, or whatever card you have on record as far as the App on your phone. That way whatever happens you still get yourrewards automatically. Regardless of there computer systems. And with out all the receipts and phone calls and emails.lol Read more

The female working is very rude. I called up there to get a pizza they got the order wrong I called back when I recieved the... pizza almost an hour later stating this is not what I ordered. I tried to explain what I ordered she was talking over me I askedto speak with a supervisor and she said I'm the closest thing to a manager we have and I'm going to be first assistant manager.Helen is her name don't go to that place she is rude and she threw a fit when when she had to return my money to me and shegrabbed her keys peeled out of the parking lot and my son said she saw her almost cause an accident in doing so. So evidently 11months later they still have this karen working for them they don't care about customers. Read more

I frequently come to this store since it is the closest to my house sometime 3 or 4 times a day. I regularly am treated without... manners. No hello, thank you or anything of a greeting. Today while at the checkout counter I asked for tobacco products and wasI'd. Okay that fine it's the law. As she turned to get what I asked for she mentioned she would need to scan my Id. Okay so Itossed it on the countertop. Then she stops and says I will not be treated like this and refused to sell me anything. I thinksomeone was extra sensitive today and is taking it out of the clients that shop here. What a rude person to refuse me serviceand basically kicked me out of the store. All this while the manager is watching and not trying to rectify the situation. Read more
