Burger King, wow. Name tag on order taker, Bobby. Great, did everything right, especially keeping me informed on status of my... order. Offered me a water because I was waiting on freshly broiled patties. Food preparer made the sandwiches and bagged them.He was very customer oriented too. Place was clean. Stopped by about 8 am they were slow but service seem slow also. We had thought the impossible burger was still sold on the... breakfast sandwich found out this not to be true. They had a sign advertising two regular breakfast sandwiches for $4 and 2doubles for $5. When went to order they told me the singles were $5 the doubles $6 and their excuse for not selling sandwichesas advertised they said the company had not changed the sign yet. We found the location unacceptable to give our money as ifthey were there to serve us. We felt un-cared for and therefore, we left and went to a different place for breakfast. Read more

This place is lovely. I am being sarcastic there was way too much grease on my wife's Burger and or two. The chicken sandwich I... requested was the new one with bacon and swiss all I requested was no tomato. The only reason why I talked about my wife isbecause you received two chicken sandwiches instead of two burgers amen thank you harrisonville Burger King. Read more

Should be half a star. Ordered food through the drive through and was told to park. Nobody came for like 25 minutes so I went... inside to see a line of people holding receipts. As the 3 people working are trying to gather themselves And get food or refundorders, this worker says in front of everybody ?I can?t handle this, I quit.? I was on lunch break so I didn?t have time forthis and told them to give me a refund. I hear of peoples bad experiences all the time. This was the last straw for me.Experienced so much bs with this place and this was just the final one. Some of the people they hire Is crazy. No respect forthemselves or their workplace. No wonder they have a huge hiring sign outside. How this place is still open is beyond me.Probably the worst restaurant in Harrisonville by a long shot. Highly suggest going anywhere else. Read more

Less than 0 stars the employees decided to clean their equipment during dinner hours. 630pm they had no meat to fulfill my order... that I placed online and was taken out of my account before I even got to the store. (The working hours from their websitestates closes at 10pm no need to clean their cooking equipment almost 4 hours before close being unable to fulfill orders Read more

I feel so bad for this store. The last couple times I've visited, there's only been 2 crew members working. Tonight, the drive... thru was closed so folks needed to park and go inside. Other times the store was closed and only the drive thru was open. I'mgiving 5 stars because the food was fresh, and the staff were apologetic and upfront about the wait time. I've been in that samesituation, and it's awful. Read more
