Unfriendly cashier, underwhelming sandwich and Coke Freestyle machine when half of the flavors unavailable. Staff talking... freely, including personal and profanity. The only pluses we?re hot fries and a clean dining room. Doubt I?ll be back! Read more
I just went there today and ordered a Dave?s single for my daughter and the sandwich was completely pink inside.
Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I rarely east fast food but took my grandson there for a quick lunch. Counter person did... not easily understand English very well and we struggled to order. Soft drink machine was not working but no sign was posted. Was not sure that they knew that so I mentioned that the soda machine was not working and I received the following response:"Don't you think that we know that?" Well no, actually. I suggested that he post a sign and the response: "Not my job!" Interesting. I wonder what his job really is. Perhaps he should try McDonald's or Burger King for the answer. Would never goback and recommend that you go out of your way to do the same. Read more
I was thru the drive thru and back that my friend in the hospital thought I had already had his food downstairs in the car... waiting on him to order. Service was fast, and I got what I asked for. The Order Taker repeated back to me what I ordered sothat there would be no mistakes...I like that and this should happen more often. Read more
